By using docverix.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

These terms cover the free tools website. The Docverix Platform product has its own MSA / DPA — talk to sales for the enterprise contract.

All tools on this site are provided free of charge and as-is, without warranty of any kind. We make a reasonable effort to keep them working — but we don't guarantee correctness, fitness for any specific purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Inspect every output before relying on it. Especially for compliance-critical conversions or approvals — those workflows should run on the Docverix Platform with audit trails.

You may not:

• Upload material you don't have the legal right to process.
• Bypass quotas, scrape the site, or abuse the server-side endpoints.
• Use the tools to produce unlawful content (forgery, fraud, deepfakes, CSAM).
• Reverse-engineer or impersonate the service for resale.
• Inject malicious files that could harm other users.

Abuse of the free tier (scraping, automated load) may result in IP-level blocks.

We don't claim any rights over your files. Client-side tools never see your content at all. Server-side tools (PDF↔Word conversion) process your file in memory and delete it within 30 minutes — see the privacy policy for the full breakdown.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docverix and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the free tools.

Total cumulative liability for any free-tools claim is capped at USD $0 (the amount you paid for the service).

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced via this page's "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change implies acceptance.
